thankful

We are so blessed to have the family and friends that we do. The support, both tangible and intangible, that we have gotten since finding out about our baby has been amazing and we are so thankful!

Thank you for all the congratulations, both in person and online! The excitement from family and friends has left us in awe of the support-system that we have.

My best friend Katie gave me my very first adorable baby outfit the day after she was allowed to burst out the news to her family :) Thank you so much for being my confidant before we told anyone else!

Thank you to a few good friends who surprised me by mailing me cards a few weeks into my pregnancy full of encouragement--they each arrived at a time when I needed a smile.

Thank you to my cousins Lisa and Sara (sisters) for literally bags and bags of baby clothes and maternity clothes! My belly will be stylish for the rest of pregnancy, and our baby will be SET, no matter if it's a boy or girl. Such generosity!!

Thank you to friends, Amy, Joanna, and Liz for loaning me bunches and bunches of maternity clothes--I love the sisterhood :)

Thank you to my friend Rebecca for the absolutely beautiful crocheted blanket--so much work and love went into that.

Thank you to Michelle, for giving me the gift of a non-smelly wetbag! Hah! I'm excited to use the recipe she gave me to keep our cloth diapers smelling fresh, even when they aren't.

Thank you to one of Jason's friends, Barry, for giving me the gift of shopping at Babyland, when Jason won't let me! I can't wait to use this gift card :)

We're also super thankful for the phone calls and encouraging notes on facebook and in person--it's great to know that we have such awesome friends.


We went into this pregnancy and future birth trusting that God would provide for us, and He has, through many friends and family. We love you all!
