house update

I just got off the phone with our realtor, and she said the couple that lives in that house are actually getting divorced. She told their realtor about our house, and he said that it sounds like the type of house the husband is looking for! Since we're willing to pay commission to a buyer's agent, she forwarded him our home information and website, and he's going to talk to his client about it. It would be AMAZING if he was interested, then we could take care of it all in one fell swoop. Thanks for the prayers, keep them coming!! :)
