the race is on!!

What race? The race to sell our house!

We found out from our Realtor that one of her co-workers has a "difficult" client. Meaning, he's shown them about 75 houses and none of them have been what they wanted. While he was one vacation, his clients went to an open house, and called him to tell him that they found the perfect house and want to buy it as soon as theirs sells. "So what?" you might ask...well, it just so happens to be OUR perfect house, too! That's right, they love the same house that we love. And they have a 2-bedroom, $100K home to sell in Tolono. So, the race is on to see who can sell their house first!

Last Saturday we had a house showing, so we went to Meadowbrook Park to hang out and I practiced using my camera some more. Our realtor told us that the girl who came to walk through is from out of town, and really liked our house. She's coming back tomorrow for a 2nd walk through. We're also having an open house on Sunday, so please keep the prayers coming!! The other couple who want the same house we do haven't had a showing yet, and their house has been on the market much longer than ours, so I think we have a chance. We'll see...
